Shipping Policy

Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high-volume seasons (holidays, sales, vendor events), processing may take up to 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days within the United States.

 

Local Pickup

 

(Holland, MI)Local customers may select Free Local Pickup at checkout. Pickup instructions will be emailed after your order is ready.

 

Delivery Delays

Please note that carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday traffic may affect delivery times. Hallstead Harmony is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

 

Incorrect Addresses

​

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address cannot be refunded until the package is returned to us. Reshipping fees may apply.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

​

Once your package is in the hands of USPS/UPS, it is no longer under our control.– If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.– If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos at marion@hallsteadharmony.com so we can assist with a replacement.

 

Shipping Restrictions

​

Certain items, such as liquid fragrances or temperature-sensitive goods, may have specific restrictions. We currently ship within the U.S.

Order Tracking

​

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships. You can track your package anytime through the carrier’s website.
