The following Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Hallstead Harmony. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Hallstead Harmony products are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the nature of our items—including pearled candle sand wax, candles, simmer blends, and wellness accessories—all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We are not responsible for customer dissatisfaction due to scent preference, color variation, or personal opinion of product appearance, as these natural variations are normal in handmade goods and do not qualify as defects.

Replacements are only provided for items that arrive damaged during shipping. Damage claims must include photos and be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. If approved, a replacement item or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

Hallstead Harmony is not liable for issues related to incorrect shipping addresses submitted at checkout, carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or failure to follow product safety instructions.
