Customers are responsible for proper use of candles, pearled wax, and simmer blends.
Always follow provided instructions.
Never leave heat-based products unattended.
Keep away from children, pets, and flammable items.
Hallstead Harmony is not responsible for injury, fire, property damage, or misuse of products.
4. Handmade Product Variations
As items are handcrafted, natural variations may occur. These variations are not defects and do not qualify for refunds.
5. Liability Limitation
Hallstead Harmony shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
6. External Websites
Any third-party links on our site are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or safety.

TERMS & CONDITIONS — HALLSTEAD HARMONY
1. General Information
Hallstead Harmony (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides handcrafted home fragrance and self-care products, including pearled candle sand wax, jar candles, simmer blends, and accessories. By accessing this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the site with parental consent. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Product Information
All products are handmade in small batches. Variations in color, scent, texture, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects. We make every effort to accurately represent products, but variations in lighting and screens may affect how items appear. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time.
All payments must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and payment methods offered through Wix.
Orders are not processed until payment is successfully received.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During busy periods (holidays, sales, vendor events), processing may take 5–7 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order ships.
5. Shipping Policy /Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Most orders ship via USPS or UPS and arrive in 3–7 business days.
Local Pickup (Holland, MI)
Customers may select Free Local Pickup at checkout. Instructions are sent when the order is ready.
Delays
Hallstead Harmony is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or peak seasons.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers must enter the correct address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses cannot be refunded until returned to us. Reshipping fees apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed to USPS/UPS, it is no longer in our control.
– If marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier.
– For damaged items, email photos within 48 hours to marion@hallsteadharmony.com.
Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of handmade products, all sales are final.
We only replace items that arrive damaged. Damage claims must include photos and be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, product names, images, and written content are the property of Hallstead Harmony.
Reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Safety
Candle and simmer products must be used only as directed.
Hallstead Harmony is not responsible for injury, fire, or damage caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.
9. Privacy
We value your privacy and use your personal information only for order processing, communication, and site improvement.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except for payment processing and shipping.
